Our Verdict
For merchants primarily focused on running broad-based promotional campaigns using discount codes, Bulk Discount Code Bot is likely the better choice. Its higher review count suggests a more robust and well-tested solution for generating, distributing, and managing a large number of discount codes. This app is ideal if your strategy focuses on mass discounts and less on personalized pricing.
However, if your business frequently handles custom orders, provides quotes to customers, or needs to create manual orders, Draftable ‑ Draft Order Helper is probably the more appropriate solution. The app provides the flexibility to tailor pricing and discounts on a per-order basis, catering to a more individualized customer experience. While it has fewer reviews, the perfect rating implies high satisfaction among its specific user base. It trades bulk automation for granular control.
