BYG Post Purchase Survey App vs Gojiberry Survey & Feedbackfor Shopify (2026)
BYG Post Purchase Survey App and Gojiberry Survey & Feedback both aim to help Shopify merchants gather valuable customer insights through surveys, but they cater to slightly different needs. BYG Post Purchase Survey App focuses primarily on *post-purchase* feedback gathered directly on the thank you page, emphasizing AI-powered analytics, attribution tracking, and LTV insights. This suggests a target audience looking for deep dive analytics immediately after purchase. Gojiberry, on the other hand, presents a broader survey approach. It supports both *pre-purchase and post-purchase* surveys distributed via multiple channels (email, product inserts, SNS) using QR codes or links, and offers pre-built templates for rapid deployment. Gojiberry highlights ease of use, customization, and targeting specific customer segments. While BYG provides 'Question Stream' logic for showing follow up questions based on CSAT, Gojiberry emphasizes 'conditional survey logic' for targeting segments, implying greater focus on customized campaign targeting.

Our Verdict
For merchants primarily interested in gathering instant, in-depth post-purchase feedback with a strong emphasis on AI-driven analytics and lifetime value insights, BYG Post Purchase Survey App is a potentially good choice. However, the limited number of reviews should be considered.
Gojiberry Survey & Feedback is better suited for merchants seeking a more versatile survey solution with pre-built templates, multi-channel distribution (pre and post-purchase), and emphasis on reaching targeted customer segments via email or product inserts. The higher review count lends more credibility to its claims of ease of use.
