Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants primarily concerned with understanding the post-purchase customer journey and specifically tracking attribution and LTV, BYG Post Purchase Survey App may be a suitable choice. Its focus on the 'Thank You' page and LTV insights offers a targeted approach. However, given the limited number of reviews, further investigation is warranted to ensure reliability.
Zigpoll Customer Surveys is a more comprehensive solution for merchants seeking a broader range of survey options and deeper integration with their existing Shopify workflows. Its multilingual support and abandoned checkout recovery features make it particularly attractive for businesses with international customers or those struggling with cart abandonment. The significantly higher number of reviews also provides more confidence in its functionality and reliability.
