Callexa NPS Feedback vs FormCRM AI Custom Form Builderfor Shopify (2026)
Callexa NPS Feedback and FormCRM AI Custom Form Builder both aim to improve Shopify merchants' interactions with their customers through surveys, but they approach this goal from different angles. Callexa focuses specifically on measuring customer satisfaction using the Net Promoter Score (NPS), offering a streamlined, automated solution for tracking post-purchase sentiment. It excels at providing quick, actionable insights into shop, service, and product quality. In contrast, FormCRM provides a flexible platform for building a wide variety of custom forms, including surveys, contact forms, registration forms, and more, offering greater customization and integration options at the cost of potentially increased complexity. Callexa is targeted towards merchants primarily interested in automatically gauging customer loyalty and tracking its evolution over time with minimal setup. FormCRM, on the other hand, appeals to merchants who need versatile form-building capabilities for various purposes beyond just NPS surveys, such as lead generation, customer registration, and collecting specific product information. FormCRM allows for granular control over form design, logic, and integrations, making it suitable for complex data collection needs. Therefore, choosing between them depends largely on the specific requirements and technical capabilities of the merchant.

Our Verdict
For merchants primarily focused on measuring customer satisfaction and identifying potential detractors through the Net Promoter Score, Callexa NPS Feedback is the more straightforward and likely easier-to-manage solution. Its automated surveys and dedicated dashboard provide a streamlined approach to understanding customer sentiment. The low review count, however, should be considered.
FormCRM AI Custom Form Builder is a better choice for merchants who require a versatile form-building tool for various purposes beyond just NPS surveys. Its drag-and-drop interface, conditional logic, and extensive integration options make it suitable for more complex data collection needs. However, the greater customization options also mean potentially a steeper learning curve and more management overhead, but with a good reviews count, it seems to be a stable solution.
