Callsy AI Abandoned Cart Calls vs Glancito:Email & SMS Marketingfor Shopify (2026)
Callsy AI Abandoned Cart Calls and Glancito: Email & SMS Marketing both target Shopify merchants looking to improve customer engagement and sales, but they approach the problem from very different angles. Callsy focuses heavily on AI-powered, personalized outreach via phone calls and SMS to recover abandoned carts. It emphasizes direct, real-time interaction and offers features like AI-generated voices and real-time conversation transcripts. This makes it best suited for merchants who want to directly engage with customers and receive feedback, and are comfortable with a more proactive, AI-driven approach. Glancito, on the other hand, is a broader martech solution that aims to manage email, SMS, and social media marketing from a single platform. It emphasizes campaign creation, audience segmentation, and data-driven personalization across multiple channels. Its drag-and-drop editor and ready-made flows make it appealing to merchants seeking a comprehensive platform for managing their overall marketing strategy, including abandoned cart recovery but not limited to it. The feature of predictive analytics helps the merchant to construct precise audience segmentation. It prioritizes a unified marketing approach over direct, AI-driven phone interactions, and has a strong focus on email marketing compared to Callsy.

Our Verdict
For merchants primarily focused on recovering abandoned carts through personalized, immediate interaction, Callsy AI Abandoned Cart Calls seems like a better choice, especially given its current 5-star rating (although based on a small sample size). The AI-driven approach, the ability to choose voices and accents, and the real-time conversation transcripts offer unique features for direct customer engagement.
However, for merchants who need a more comprehensive marketing platform to manage email, SMS, and social media, Glancito: Email & SMS Marketing might be more suitable, assuming that its zero rating is just due to its recent launch and not indicative of poor quality or functionality. Given the data on hand in 2026, Glancito is not recommended without further evidence of performance. More reviews and a higher rating would be needed before considering it over Callsy, which has a proven track record.
