Our Verdict
Video Greet appears to be the stronger option in 2026 based on user reviews. Its focus on audio/video messaging and customizable QR landing pages provides a modern, versatile gifting experience. It is best suited for merchants looking to cater to corporate clients or offer a high-touch, personalized gifting option. CardCraft might be a fit for merchants who prefer a traditional greeting card approach or need to offer physical cards. However, the extremely low rating and small number of reviews should be a major concern; therefore, alternative apps offering similar traditional features should be strongly considered as well.
