Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a focused and potentially more manageable WhatsApp-centric customer service solution, especially those requiring features for multiple agents and online/offline scheduling for those agents, CC: WhatsApp Chat Button live *could* be considered, but the lack of any user reviews creates considerable risk. However, in 2026, with no reviews and a 0/5 rating, it is difficult to recommend over Chaty.
Chaty is the clear winner for most merchants. Its significantly higher rating, large number of reviews, and support for a multitude of chat platforms offer a far more robust and flexible solution. If you want to offer customers options and track the performance of those options, Chaty is the superior choice. The all-in-one approach caters to a broader audience and provides a better chance of capturing leads through their preferred communication channel.
