Our Verdict
Given the available data, Kanal: WhatsApp Marketing+Chat appears to be the more reliable choice for most Shopify merchants in 2026. Its perfect 5/5 rating and 37 reviews indicate a positive user experience and functional app. CC: WhatsApp Chat Button live, while offering potentially valuable features for larger support teams, suffers from a complete lack of reviews, making it a risky choice. Merchants looking for proven WhatsApp marketing capabilities and reliable chat functionalities should opt for Kanal. CC: WhatsApp Chat Button live might be suitable for merchants specifically needing multi-agent support and are willing to take a risk on an unproven app, potentially becoming early adopters.
