Our Verdict
Ting ‑ Slack Notifications appears to be the more established and reliable option for merchants who heavily rely on Slack for team communication and require order reporting features. Its positive reviews and one-click setup suggest a user-friendly experience. Merchants who prefer WhatsApp as their primary communication channel and prioritize direct, individual alerts might consider CC WhatsApp Order Notifier. However, due to the lack of reviews and demonstrable usage, it presents a greater risk.
For businesses already deeply integrated with Slack and needing detailed sales data reports, Ting ‑ Slack Notifications is the clear winner. CC WhatsApp Order Notifier could be a worthwhile consideration for very small operations that are built around individual interactions within WhatsApp. However, the risk of choosing an unproven app is significant. It is advisable to wait for sufficient reviews before choosing CC WhatsApp Order Notifier.
