Census: Customer Surveys vs Fab Feedback Buttonfor Shopify (2026)
Both Census: Customer Surveys and Fab Feedback Button are survey apps on the Shopify platform, boasting perfect 5/5 ratings. However, the crucial difference lies in the number of reviews: Census has 23 reviews, indicating a significantly larger user base and potentially more established track record compared to Fab Feedback Button's 2 reviews. This difference in user adoption strongly suggests that Census may be the more popular and trusted choice among Shopify merchants as of 2026. The limited data makes it challenging to definitively determine their ideal target audiences or specific functionalities beyond basic surveys, but the disparity in review counts makes the Census app seem more battle-tested.

Our Verdict
Given the limited data available (only ratings and number of reviews), it's difficult to give a strong recommendation. However, all else being equal, the significantly higher number of reviews for Census: Customer Surveys makes it a less risky choice for most Shopify merchants. Fab Feedback Button might be suitable for merchants who are comfortable being early adopters and providing feedback on a newer app. Ultimately, without more information about their features, Census is likely the safer option for the average Shopify merchant looking for a survey app in 2026.
