Our Verdict
For merchants primarily focused on gathering customer feedback to improve their products or services, Census: Customer Surveys might be a suitable choice. However, given the limited information and low number of reviews, it is difficult to fully assess its capabilities and reliability. Mipler — Advanced Reports appears to be the more robust solution for merchants requiring in-depth data analysis and custom reporting to gain actionable insights into their store's performance. Its mature feature set, including AI assistance, reporting customization, and a large user base (indicated by the high number of reviews), make it a strong contender for data-driven businesses. Merchants seeking extensive analytics capabilities are better suited for Mipler.
