Its focus on AI-driven support, helpdesk integration, and easy setup makes it an attractive option for streamlining customer service operations. However, the very limited number of reviews raises concerns. For merchants prioritizing direct customer engagement and leveraging WhatsApp as a primary communication channel, Kanal: WhatsApp Marketing+Chat would be a better fit. Kanal's strength lies in its WhatsApp-centric approach, which can be highly effective for personalized marketing, promotions, and building customer relationships. The larger number of reviews for Kanal provides more confidence in its overall quality.
