Our Verdict
Choosing between ChargeDesk and EZLabel: Australia Post Ship depends entirely on the merchant's specific needs. If a merchant relies heavily on a helpdesk platform for customer support and seeks to improve billing-related interactions, ChargeDesk's integrations could be valuable, pending further investigation into its functionality and user reviews (currently absent). However, given the lack of reviews and a 0/5 rating, caution is advised. For Australian merchants needing to efficiently manage shipping labels through Australia Post MyPost Business, EZLabel: Australia Post Ship is the clear winner. Its high rating and numerous positive reviews suggest it effectively addresses this specific pain point.
