Our Verdict
MyGLS Professional is the clear choice for merchants who rely on GLS shipping, especially within Eastern Europe. Its high rating and numerous positive reviews indicate reliability and effectiveness in simplifying shipping label creation and order tracking. Chative, with its extremely low rating and single review, is a risky choice. While the concept of AI-powered customer service is appealing, the current user feedback suggests significant issues. Until Chative demonstrates improved performance and user satisfaction, it's difficult to recommend it over established live chat solutions. Merchants interested in AI-powered customer service should explore alternative options with better track records.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to use?
While Chative claims to be a 'turn-key' solution, its low rating suggests potential usability problems. MyGLS Professional's positive reviews indirectly imply ease of use, making it the likely easier app to use.
Which app is better for increasing sales?
Chative is specifically designed to increase sales through direct messaging. MyGLS Professional focuses on shipping efficiency, which can indirectly impact customer satisfaction and potentially lead to repeat purchases, but is not a direct sales tool.
Which app is better for customer support?
Chative aims to improve customer support through AI-powered chatbots and live chat. However, due to the app's poor rating, MyGLS Professional likely has more reliable customer support if the reviews reflect general satisfaction with all aspects of the service.
If I don't use GLS shipping, is MyGLS Professional useful for me?
No. MyGLS Professional is specifically designed for merchants who use GLS (General Logistics Systems) for their shipping needs, especially in Eastern Europe. If you don't use GLS, this app offers no value.
Which app is more reliable?
Based on the significant difference in ratings and the number of reviews, MyGLS Professional appears to be significantly more reliable than Chative. Chative's single, negative review raises serious concerns about its stability and functionality.
