Our Verdict
For merchants needing a holistic customer support solution encompassing live chat, social media, email, and website engagement, Chatra is the stronger choice. Its chatbot functionality, cart saver, and multi-channel support provide a wider range of tools for improving conversions and customer satisfaction. However, if a merchant's primary customer communication strategy heavily relies on WhatsApp, and their needs are narrowly focused on that platform, Kanal might be a better fit. Given the significant difference in the number of reviews, Chatra has demonstrated its effectiveness to a much larger customer base, but Kanal’s perfect rating, despite a smaller sample size, should still be considered.
