Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a comprehensive, automated customer support solution with AI-powered chat and omnichannel integration, Chatty AI Chatbot & Live Chat appears to be the stronger choice. Its AI chatbot and unified inbox provide scalability and efficiency, particularly for businesses handling a high volume of customer inquiries. However, if a merchant primarily communicates with customers through WhatsApp and needs a dedicated solution for this channel and contact form integration, O: WhatsApp Chat, Contact Form might be more suitable, especially if they don't require the full suite of AI-powered features and omnichannel support offered by Chatty. The significantly higher number of reviews for Chatty also indicates a larger and potentially more established user base, providing more real-world feedback to consider.
