Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing making themselves available on as many platforms as possible and offering a simple way for customers to contact them on their preferred channel, Chaty: WhatsApp & Chat buttons is the clear choice. The large number of supported channels and positive reviews indicate strong user satisfaction with its core functionality. However, merchants looking for a more comprehensive customer service solution with AI-powered automation and marketing integrations should strongly consider Cheerlink AI Chatbot and Email. Though it has fewer reviews, its focus on AI and marketing could prove valuable for businesses looking to proactively engage customers and drive sales. The choice depends on whether the merchant values breadth of access or depth of AI driven features.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up?
While both apps claim ease of use, Chaty's simpler focus on a chat widget may result in a slightly easier initial setup. Cheerlink, with its AI chatbot and marketing integrations, likely requires more configuration to optimize its capabilities.
Which app is better for a small business?
If a small business needs a quick and easy way to offer multiple contact options without a large time investment, Chaty is likely better. If the business needs a more robust solution and the technical expertise to set up and manage it, Cheerlink may become more valuable.
Which app offers more advanced analytics?
Chaty explicitly mentions Google Analytics integration, which provides a basic level of tracking. Cheerlink's description lacks explicit mention of Google Analytics, but it's possible its 'AI Chat copilot' tracks conversation data more deeply, potentially providing more actionable insights, albeit within its platform, not via a third-party service like Google Analytics.
Which app is more scalable?
Cheerlink's AI chatbot and marketing features might be more scalable in the long run as it can handle more interactions automatically. Chaty, relying on human interaction, might require more staff as the business grows.
Can I use both apps simultaneously?
While theoretically possible, it might be redundant. Both apps offer chat widgets, and using both could confuse customers. It's best to choose the app that aligns with your specific needs and business strategy.
