Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants seeking a simple and effective way to centralize customer communication across various chat platforms and improve accessibility, Chaty: WhatsApp & Chat buttons appears to be the stronger choice. Its high rating and significant number of reviews suggest a positive user experience and reliability.
However, for merchants actively pursuing SMS and multi-channel marketing strategies with a focus on outbound engagement, OAppS SMS Marketing might be a suitable option *if* it gains a positive track record and proves its effectiveness. At this point, the lack of reviews and zero rating make it difficult to recommend. Chaty excels at making it easy for customers to *reach out*, while OAppS aims to actively *reach out to* customers.
