Our Verdict
Chaty is a safe bet for merchants who want to ensure they are easily accessible to customers through a variety of familiar chat applications. Its high rating and significant number of reviews suggest a reliable and user-friendly experience. It's ideal for businesses focused on providing quick and convenient customer support and maximizing conversions through direct communication channels.
Omakase.ai, while potentially innovative, is riskier due to its lack of reviews and zero rating. It targets merchants who are willing to experiment with cutting-edge AI technology to offer a unique and personalized shopping experience. If successful, it could significantly reduce support costs and improve customer satisfaction, but it requires a higher degree of trust and willingness to work with an unproven product. Merchants with simple product catalogs and limited AI expertise may find it challenging.
