Our Verdict
For most Shopify merchants in 2026, Chaty: WhatsApp & Chat buttons appears to be the superior choice. Its extensive platform support, high rating, and numerous positive reviews suggest a reliable and versatile solution for managing customer communication across various channels. Merchants seeking broad customer engagement and increased sales conversions will likely benefit significantly from Chaty's diverse features.
However, if a merchant's strategy is exclusively centered around Facebook Messenger and they have a specific reason to choose a dedicated app, Qchat: Facebook Messenger *might* be considered, although the extremely low rating and few reviews raise serious concerns. Due diligence and alternative options should be heavily considered before selecting Qchat. Overall, Chaty presents a much safer and more comprehensive solution.
