Our Verdict
For merchants who prioritize offering customers a wide array of communication channels and want to improve general accessibility and lead capture, Chaty is the better choice. It's a plug-and-play solution to create a contact hub for website visitors. However, merchants specifically looking to leverage the power of WhatsApp for direct marketing, automated sales, and personalized support should opt for QR: WhatsApp Marketing + Chat. QR is more complex but offers more granular control over WhatsApp-driven campaigns and customer journeys.
If a business mainly wants a quick and easy way for customers to contact them through their preferred method, Chaty is a solid all-around solution. If they are building a strong business strategy focused around WhatsApp engagement and automated customer journeys, QR offers more features that allow for greater return on investment.
