Our Verdict
Based on the available data, Chaty: WhatsApp & Chat buttons is the stronger and more feature-rich option for most Shopify merchants in 2026. Its high rating, positive reviews, and support for multiple chat platforms, combined with customization and analytics, make it a versatile tool for enhancing customer communication and driving sales. It is ideally suited for merchants who require diverse communication channels and want to track customer interactions.
SH: WhatsApp Chat & Abandoned, with its 0/5 rating and lack of detailed information, presents a significant risk. Unless there's compelling evidence of substantial improvement and feature enhancements, it's difficult to recommend. It *might* be a suitable choice for merchants solely focused on WhatsApp integration and abandoned cart recovery, but the lack of positive user feedback warrants extreme caution and thorough testing before making a commitment.
