Chaty: WhatsApp & Chat buttons vs WhatFlow‑WhatsApp Automationfor Shopify (2026)
Chaty: WhatsApp & Chat buttons and WhatFlow‑WhatsApp Automation are both Shopify apps designed to facilitate customer communication via chat. However, they cater to slightly different needs. Chaty positions itself as a comprehensive, multi-channel communication hub, allowing customers to connect via over 20 platforms, including WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and even traditional channels like phone and email. Its strength lies in its versatility and ability to integrate multiple communication channels into a single, customizable widget. On the other hand, if your business relies heavily on WhatsApp for customer communication and automation, and you specifically need WhatsApp automation flows, WhatFlow‑WhatsApp Automation would be worth investigating further.
