Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a comprehensive customer support solution with multiple communication channels, Chaty: WhatsApp & Chat buttons is the stronger choice due to its high rating, abundant positive reviews, and feature-rich offering. Its focus on diverse channels and customization provides greater flexibility in catering to customer preferences. X-Elephant: AI Sales Chatbot might appeal to merchants prioritizing automation and a hands-off approach to sales, but the limited review data and lack of detailed feature information make it a riskier choice unless the merchant is specifically seeking an AI chatbot solution and is comfortable with less user feedback.
