Our Verdict
For merchants who want to deeply customize their checkout page, collect specific customer information, and are comfortable with more technical setup (including Shopify Functions), Checkout Buddy is the better choice. Its rules engine and extensibility offer powerful control. However, for merchants looking for a quick and easy way to implement product bundles, quantity discounts, and other pre-built upsell strategies without needing coding skills, Fly: Bundles & Quantity Breaks is the stronger option. Its higher number of reviews also suggests broader adoption and potential community support.
