Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants seeking a comprehensive solution encompassing both marketing and customer service with features like email campaigns alongside AI chatbot capabilities, Cheerlink AI Chatbot and Email appears to be the better choice, assuming the larger number of reviews reflects a more stable and well-tested product. However, for merchants primarily focused on leveraging AI to directly boost sales, particularly those targeting international markets and needing multilingual support, Yep: AI Chatbot for Sales seems more suitable. The abandoned cart recovery and 1-click add to cart features make it a compelling option for immediate conversion optimization, despite the low number of reviews, which represents a risk. Carefully assess the reliability of YepAI based on the latest available data before committing.
