Our Verdict
If your primary need is to engage customers easily through WhatsApp, especially for cart recovery, CK: WhatsApp Chat & Abandoned is the better choice. However, if you're looking for a robust, AI-driven phone support system with outbound campaign capabilities and advanced integrations, then Consio - Phone Call & AI Voice is the more suitable option, even with its fewer reviews, especially considering its Klaviyo integration.
