Does Moose fully replace the WhatsApp functionality of CK?

While Moose handles WhatsApp, it also provides a broader omnichannel approach. If WhatsApp is your sole focus, Chaty may be a better direct replacement. However, Moose shines if you're aiming for support across multiple channels.

I only want to improve abandoned cart recovery. Which app is best?

The Wiz AI Abandoned Cart Recovery app provides AI email marketing flows specifically for recovering abandoned carts and checkouts. This is the most specialized option for this function.

I'm looking for more channels to engage with customers. Which apps offer that?

Chaty allows customers to reach you through multiple chat apps, including WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and more. Also, Whatsapp Marketing & Support encompasses WhatsApp, Instagram, and Email. Commslayer encompasses email, socials and a live chat widget.

Are any of these alternatives focused on reducing support tickets?

Yes, both Moose and HelpLab are designed to reduce support tickets. Moose provides 24/7 AI-powered support for routine questions, and HelpLab creates detailed FAQs to answer common inquiries preemptively.

Do any of these integrate directly with Shopify's order data?

Commslayer directly integrates order, shipping, and purchase history inside the helpdesk inbox. This means you can take actions like refunds and cancellations directly from the support tool.
