Claimbase: Instagram Sales vs Shoble: B2B Leadsfor Shopify (2026)
Claimbase: Instagram Sales and Shoble: B2B Leads cater to vastly different segments of the Shopify ecosystem. Claimbase focuses on leveraging Instagram for sales, evidenced by its name and implied functionality, and boasts a perfect rating based on 15 reviews, suggesting a positive user experience. Shoble, on the other hand, is positioned as a B2B lead generation tool, aiming to identify and qualify business leads from website traffic. This is achieved through customer event tracking, lead generation features, and analytics tools designed to understand visitor behavior and product interests. The primary difference lies in their target audience and functionality. Claimbase appears to be geared towards merchants seeking to directly drive sales through Instagram, while Shoble targets merchants engaged in or seeking to enter B2B sales by turning anonymous website visitors into actionable leads. Shoble lacks any user reviews, which makes it difficult to assess its usability or effectiveness compared to Claimbase. However, its feature set indicates a more complex setup and potentially a steeper learning curve than Claimbase, assuming Claimbase is relatively straightforward in connecting to Instagram.

Our Verdict
For merchants heavily invested in Instagram marketing and seeking direct sales from the platform, Claimbase: Instagram Sales appears to be the more suitable choice based on its positive user reviews. However, the lack of detailed information about Claimbase's functionalities necessitates further research into its features before making a final decision.
For merchants focused on B2B sales and looking to identify potential leads from their website traffic, Shoble: B2B Leads offers a specific set of features for lead generation and tracking. However, the absence of reviews introduces significant risk. Merchants considering Shoble should proceed with caution and potentially seek a trial period or demo to evaluate its effectiveness and usability before committing to a paid plan. If successful, Shoble could provide valuable data-driven insights for B2B sales growth. If a merchant wants to avoid risk, Claimbase is the better option due to positive reviews.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up?
Based on the information provided, Claimbase: Instagram Sales is likely easier to set up, as it focuses on a specific integration with Instagram. Shoble: B2B Leads involves more complex tracking and analytics features, potentially requiring more configuration.
Which app provides a better return on investment?
The return on investment depends entirely on the merchant's business model and marketing strategy. If a merchant doesn't use Instagram, Claimbase will provide no ROI. If a merchant doesn't sell to businesses, Shoble will provide no ROI. The answer depends on the user's goals and circumstances.
Which app is more suitable for a small business?
Both apps could be suitable for small businesses, depending on their target market. A small business selling directly to consumers via Instagram would likely benefit more from Claimbase, while a small business targeting other businesses would find Shoble more relevant, though it requires a higher risk tolerance due to lack of reviews.
Does Claimbase offer B2B lead generation features?
Based on the app name and limited information, Claimbase appears to be focused on Instagram sales and doesn't explicitly offer B2B lead generation features like Shoble.
Is Shoble a reliable app, given its lack of reviews?
The lack of reviews makes it difficult to assess Shoble's reliability. Merchants should approach it with caution, explore trial periods or demos if available, and carefully evaluate its performance before committing to a subscription.
