Claimbase: Instagram Sales focuses on directly integrating your Shopify store with Instagram to drive sales through social commerce. Our Verdict
If your primary goal is to expand your sales reach through Instagram, Claimbase: Instagram Sales appears to be the more established and positively reviewed option. The existing reviews provide a degree of confidence. However, the app's description suggests it is a more general Instagram integration, whereas Tandym On-Site Messaging is very specific.
For merchants heavily invested in the Tandym Wallet ecosystem, Tandym On‑Site Messaging is the only option between these two for promoting its usage within your store. The lack of reviews is a significant risk factor, but if you are already using Tandym Wallet extensively, testing this app might be beneficial to directly promote the Tandym Wallet to existing website visitors. Merchants should proceed with caution, carefully monitoring performance and customer feedback.
Common Questions
