ClickPost Returns Plus vs EZLabel: Australia Post Shipfor Shopify (2026)
ClickPost Returns Plus and EZLabel: Australia Post Ship are both highly-rated Shopify apps (5/5), but cater to vastly different needs within the 'Orders' category. ClickPost Returns Plus focuses on streamlining and automating the returns and exchanges process for merchants, providing a self-service portal for customers, customizable policies, and detailed analytics. EZLabel: Australia Post Ship, on the other hand, concentrates solely on simplifying shipping label creation for Australia Post MyPost Business users, emphasizing speed and ease of use. While both aim to improve order management, their functionalities and target audiences diverge significantly. EZLabel: Australia Post Ship is focused on minimizing the time and effort required to generate shipping labels, fulfill orders, and track shipments specifically through the Australia Post MyPost Business platform. This app is designed for Australian merchants that use Australia Post MyPost Business and do not require returns management functionality. Our Verdict
If you are an Australian merchant using Australia Post MyPost Business and need a quick and easy solution for generating shipping labels, EZLabel: Australia Post Ship is the clear choice. Its high number of reviews and focus on efficiency for Australia Post make it a specialist tool for this purpose.
However, if you are a merchant struggling with returns and exchanges, regardless of your location or the shipping carriers you use, ClickPost Returns Plus provides a more comprehensive solution. Its automated self-service portal, customizable policies, and analytics can significantly improve your returns process, even though the very small number of reviews make it a riskier pick. Keep in mind that the very low review count of ClickPost Returns Plus in 2026 is something to consider.
