Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants prioritizing personalized, conversational marketing via WhatsApp, especially those targeting international audiences, Coco: AI WhatsApp Marketing is likely the better choice. Its AI-powered features can automate translations and engage customers in a more human-like way. However, if a merchant desires a more versatile, multi-channel approach encompassing SMS and web push notifications, with broader campaign options and less emphasis on AI-driven personalization, Firepush is the stronger option. Merchants seeking a balance between ease of use and powerful marketing automation will likely find Firepush a better fit.
