Codefy b2b pricelist vs Quick Quotefor Shopify (2026)
Codefy b2b pricelist and Quick Quote are both Shopify apps focused on pricing, but they address fundamentally different needs. Codefy b2b pricelist is designed for merchants needing automated, product-specific B2B pricing. It aims to simplify dual pricing by leveraging metafields to automatically apply discounts to designated customer groups. In contrast, Quick Quote focuses on enabling customers to request quotes directly from their cart. This app is ideal for businesses that require more flexibility in pricing and prefer a manual, negotiated approach to sales. The core difference lies in automation versus manual control. Codefy b2b pricelist automates the B2B pricing process, reducing administrative overhead. Quick Quote, on the other hand, provides a mechanism for customers to request quotes, allowing for customized pricing and direct communication before checkout. This approach is more labor-intensive but allows for greater personalization and negotiation. Codefy's strength lies in its ability to streamline B2B sales with predefined pricing, while Quick Quote excels in facilitating complex or custom orders where prices aren't fixed.

Our Verdict
For merchants needing to automate B2B sales with fixed, product-specific rates, Codefy b2b pricelist is the clear winner. Its focus on automation via metafields simplifies pricing management and reduces manual effort. However, for businesses that require a more flexible pricing approach and engage in custom quoting or deal-making, Quick Quote is the superior choice. It enables personalized interactions and quote negotiations, which are essential for complex orders and building customer relationships.
Given the higher number of reviews (56 vs. 2) suggesting wider adoption and potentially a more proven track record, Quick Quote might be considered the less risky option, at least until Codefy b2b pricelist gains more traction and community feedback. Ultimately, the best app depends on the merchant's specific business model and pricing strategy.
