Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with customers canceling orders before they ship (perhaps due to a short lead time or frequent product updates), Codify ‑ Order Cancel is the better choice. It simplifies the cancellation process and even offers a convenient reordering option. Conversely, for merchants dealing with a significant volume of returns and exchanges, particularly those shipping physical products, Order Returns | easyReturns provides a much more comprehensive solution. Its robust automation and custom portal offer a more professional and efficient return experience. A store could even benefit from both if they experience high rates of both pre- and post-fulfillment order changes.
