Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants primarily shipping with Colissimo, especially within France and internationally, the Colissimo Official app is the more logical choice. Its official partnership ensures up-to-date features and direct support. However, for businesses heavily reliant on GLS, especially in Eastern Europe, and needing to print a large number of labels without restrictions, MyGLS Professional offers a superior solution. The unlimited label printing can be a significant cost saving.
Ultimately, the choice depends on your primary shipping carrier and geographic focus. A small number of positive reviews with a perfect score is not necessarily better than an app with more total reviews that has a small number of bad ones, however, the specific carrier limitations make or break the choice between these two apps more than the ratings do.
