Commission Factory vs Toki Loyalty Program & Rewardsfor Shopify (2026)
Commission Factory and Toki Loyalty Program & Rewards, while both listed under the 'Affiliate programs' category in the Shopify app store, cater to vastly different e-commerce growth strategies. Commission Factory focuses on expanding reach through external partnerships like bloggers and influencers via affiliate marketing, aiming to acquire new customers by leveraging established audiences. Toki, on the other hand, concentrates on enhancing customer retention and lifetime value by creating a robust internal loyalty program with rewards, referrals, and memberships. Our Verdict
Commission Factory is suitable for Shopify merchants actively seeking to expand their reach and acquire new customers through affiliate marketing. Its strength lies in connecting businesses with a network of bloggers, influencers, and other online partners. However, the lack of reviews and reliance on the Commission Factory platform might be a concern. Toki Loyalty Program & Rewards is better suited for businesses prioritizing customer retention and wanting to cultivate a loyal customer base. Its comprehensive loyalty program features and positive user reviews make it a strong contender for merchants focused on maximizing customer lifetime value and engagement.
Given the absence of user feedback for Commission Factory, Toki presents a less risky choice for most merchants. If a business has an existing and engaged customer base it wants to retain, Toki is the clear choice. However, if a merchant believes an affiliate program is the best way to grow their business, it will still have to take the risk of Commission Factory and hope their service works as advertised.
