Its AI-powered analytics, versatile feedback collection methods, and robust reporting capabilities offer valuable insights for optimizing the customer journey and improving business outcomes. The larger number of reviews gives more confidence in its performance. The multi-language support is a significant advantage for stores targeting international customers.
