Our Verdict
Easy Google Customer Reviews is the clear choice for merchants primarily focused on establishing trust and visibility within the Google ecosystem. It offers a simple, straightforward way to leverage the Google Customer Reviews program.
Compra Post Purchase Surveys suits merchants looking to gain a deeper understanding of their customers' motivations, preferences, and pain points across the entire shopping journey to improve their marketing efforts and overall customer experience. However, the lack of reviews makes it risky to implement compared to the highly rated and reviewed easy Google Customer Reviews. If a merchant requires custom surveys and advanced segmentation, then Compra might be considered if they are willing to accept the risk.
