Gojiberry, in contrast, highlights ease of use and rapid setup, focusing on email, product insert, and SNS-based survey distribution. Gojiberry also caters specifically to scaling ads and marketing efforts. Our Verdict
Gojiberry Survey & Feedback, due to its existing positive user feedback and emphasis on ease of use, is the better choice for merchants seeking a quick and effective way to collect pre- and post-purchase feedback, especially for improving marketing and identifying product opportunities. Its 1-minute setup and focus on email and product insert distribution make it ideal for beginners. Compra Post Purchase Surveys, while potentially offering more advanced and integrated functionalities with Shopify Flow and on-site placements, carries a high risk due to the complete lack of reviews. Until it gains traction and proves its functionality, Gojiberry is the safer and more readily usable option for the majority of Shopify merchants.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up and use?
Gojiberry boasts a 1-minute setup with no coding required, while Compra doesn't explicitly emphasize ease of use, implying a potentially steeper learning curve given its advanced features and integration capabilities.

Compra supports a broader range of survey placement options, including checkout, on-site, and shareable links, while Gojiberry focuses primarily on email, product inserts, and social media via QR codes/links.
Which app is better for automating actions based on survey responses?
Compra integrates with Shopify Flow, enabling automated actions based on survey responses, which is not a directly stated feature of Gojiberry. However, both apps allow responses to connect to customer data.
Which app offers better brand customization?
Both apps offer brand customization, but Gojiberry is more explicit about the level of customization available: brand, language localization, images, coupons & points. Compra simply mentions customizing easily.
