Our Verdict
If a merchant prioritizes collecting in-depth, customized feedback to directly improve their internal processes and offer tailored post-purchase incentives, Confirmation IQ is the more suitable choice. However, given its lack of ratings and reviews, it carries higher risk in 2026. Alternatively, if the goal is to build trust and leverage the authority of Google to improve conversion rates and Google Shopping Ad performance, easy Google Customer Reviews is the stronger option, especially given its positive reviews and ease of use. A merchant can also choose to install and use both apps for a more holistic approach to survey data and Google customer reviews.
