Confirmation IQ vs Gojiberry Survey & Feedbackfor Shopify (2026)
Confirmation IQ and Gojiberry Survey & Feedback both aim to help Shopify merchants leverage surveys to improve their business. However, they approach this goal from different angles and target distinct segments. Confirmation IQ emphasizes post-purchase value generation through embedded thank-you page surveys, focusing on gathering actionable feedback and delivering offers. This suggests a focus on optimizing the customer experience after the sale and encouraging repeat purchases. Gojiberry, on the other hand, offers a more comprehensive survey solution spanning pre- and post-purchase touchpoints. Its emphasis on easy setup, templates, and multi-channel distribution (email, product inserts, SNS) points towards merchants seeking a versatile tool for gathering broader customer insights, including marketing attribution and product development ideas. The inclusion of advanced features like segmentation and conditional logic further differentiates Gojiberry, appealing to merchants with more sophisticated survey needs. The Shopify Extensibility support also points to future scalability and integration possibilities. The significantly higher rating and existing user base with Gojiberry also suggests more real-world experience and polish to the product.

Our Verdict
For merchants primarily focused on optimizing the post-purchase experience and gathering immediate feedback after a purchase, Confirmation IQ might be a viable option, assuming they are comfortable being early adopters of a product with no existing reviews. However, the lack of user feedback makes it difficult to assess its actual performance. For merchants seeking a more robust and versatile survey solution with pre-purchase and post-purchase capabilities, advanced features like segmentation, and demonstrable user satisfaction, Gojiberry Survey & Feedback appears to be the stronger choice. Its higher rating and established user base provide greater confidence in its effectiveness and reliability.
Therefore, if your primary need is a simple, thank-you page survey and you're willing to take a risk on a new app, Confirmation IQ *could* work. If, however, you need a more comprehensive, battle-tested survey tool for broader customer insights, Gojiberry is the clear recommendation.
