Our Verdict
If your business relies heavily on phone support and actively uses outbound calling campaigns to drive sales, CONSIO - Phone Call & AI Voice is the better choice. Its AI-powered features and deep Shopify integration will streamline your phone communication and provide valuable insights. The outbound features such as power dialer and segmented campaigns offer significant efficiency improvements.
However, if your primary customer communication channel is WhatsApp, and you want to manage all interactions and sales processes within that platform, Zoko: WhatsApp CRM is the more suitable option. While it might lack the AI-driven phone capabilities of CONSIO, its focus on WhatsApp CRM will provide a tailored solution for managing customer relationships within that ecosystem. Zoko's higher review count also suggests a more mature and widely adopted user base.
