Our Verdict
For enterprise-level Shopify merchants with significant shopper data and a focus on maximizing GMV through advanced personalization, Constructor Connect might be the more appealing option, assuming its AI delivers on its promises. However, the lack of reviews and the inherent complexity of AI-driven solutions pose a risk. On the other hand, Search & Discovery ‑ Visely is a more pragmatic choice for the majority of Shopify merchants, especially those seeking an easy-to-implement solution with proven customer satisfaction. Visely offers a robust set of features to improve search relevance and user engagement without the steep learning curve or data requirements of a complex AI system. Given the current data, Visely appears to be the safer and more reliable choice for most businesses.
