Conversagent AI Support & Chat vs Fly: Bundles & Quantity Breaksfor Shopify (2026)

Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants primarily struggling with customer service response times and looking to increase sales through personalized engagement, Conversagent AI Support & Chat is the stronger choice. Its AI-powered chatbot can handle inquiries 24/7, freeing up human agents and potentially improving conversion rates.
However, if the primary goal is to increase the average order value by encouraging customers to buy more items per transaction, Fly: Bundles & Quantity Breaks is the better option. Its focus on product bundling, quantity discounts, and free gifts provides direct incentives for larger purchases. While both apps can contribute to increased revenue, their core functionality targets different aspects of the sales process. Fly also has a significantly larger number of reviews and a slightly higher rating, suggesting more users have found success with the bundle app.
