Our Verdict
For small Shopify stores prioritizing a basic, hands-off return process and focused on reducing customer service interactions, COS Order Returns Manager might be a suitable starting point, especially if the Pro plan unlocks necessary features. However, given the very limited number of reviews, merchants should proceed with caution and thoroughly test the app. ReturnZap Returns & Exchanges is a stronger choice for businesses experiencing significant growth or managing more complex return scenarios, especially those with international customers and a need for advanced exchange functionalities and robust support. The high rating and numerous reviews suggest a more reliable and comprehensive solution.
