Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants seeking a comprehensive customer support solution with AI-powered automation across multiple channels, Crisp - Helpdesk & AI Chatbot is the better choice. Its centralized platform, AI capabilities, and omnichannel support provide a more robust and scalable solution. However, if a merchant's primary focus is solely on leveraging WhatsApp for customer communication and they don't require a full helpdesk system, Extendons Whatsapp Integration could be a simpler and more focused option. While Extendons boasts a perfect rating, the lower review count suggests less widespread adoption compared to Crisp.
