Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants seeking a quick and easy AI-powered customer support solution with minimal setup, Crisp ‑ Helpdesk & AI Chatbot appears to be the stronger choice, particularly for small and medium-sized businesses. Its ready-to-use AI agents and simplified AI implementation process offer a significant advantage. Gorgias: Helpdesk, Chat & FAQ, with its higher review count and established user base, might be better suited for merchants prioritizing a more traditional helpdesk solution or those requiring broader customization options and potentially more extensive integrations beyond AI automation.
