Our Verdict
Willdesk appears to be the more established and widely accepted solution, as indicated by its significantly higher number of reviews and slightly better rating. This makes it a safer choice for merchants seeking a proven live chat and AI chatbot solution. However, Crisp offers a more comprehensive omnichannel approach and emphasizes ease of use with its ready-to-use AI agents and dedicated FAQ builder that feeds the AI agents. If merchants prioritize centralizing multiple communication channels and desire AI that is easy to deploy, Crisp might be a better fit, particularly for small and medium-sized stores that would benefit from its pre-built solutions. Merchants should test both during free trials to determine the best fit for their specific needs.
