Our Verdict
UserLoop Surveys & Feedback is the clear choice for most Shopify merchants in 2026. Its features offer a comprehensive solution for gathering customer feedback, building social proof, and improving sales. The AI-powered functionality and positive user reviews suggest a more reliable and effective app. CRMammoth might be suitable for merchants specifically seeking hands-on CRM consulting, but the lack of reviews makes it a risky proposition without further validation. If a merchant highly values personal guidance and has budget for potential trial-and-error, CRMammoth is a viable, albeit riskier, option. Otherwise, UserLoop is the stronger, more feature-rich, and user-validated selection.
