Our Verdict
The choice between Cross Sell & Upsell Pro and Smart Size Chart & Size Guide hinges entirely on the merchant's specific needs. If the goal is to boost average order value and revenue by suggesting related products, Cross Sell & Upsell Pro is the suitable choice. However, for merchants selling products where size and fit are crucial, such as apparel, shoes, or jewelry, Smart Size Chart & Size Guide is the clear winner. Its focus on reducing returns and building customer confidence through accurate and brand-aligned size information directly addresses a key challenge in those product categories. While both apps contribute to a better customer experience, they do so in very different ways.
